Lexus entertain you…
Lexus, a client of our client George P. Johnson, demanded something
futuristic and dynamic for the launch of their millennium car. This
premiere was presented to the 500 North American Lexus Dealers at their
conference in Maui, Hawaii on October 7, 1999.
In 16 years and over 50,000 events, we have never seen such a
spectacular use of tenting in any special event. It was truly a
privilege to work for a client with such vision! The key decision
maker, Mr. Chuck Huddleston, contracted Tentnology® ten years ago in
Vancouver for the initial launch of the Lexus line and remembered our
unique structures and excellent service.
For this event Tentnology® designed a TRI SaddleSpan™ that connected
three S5000 SaddleSpans™ for an amazing flowing freespan space, as well
as stretch Spanforms that functioned as futuristic back walls. The
space was designed using Tentnology’s CAE (Computer Aided Engineering)
with AUTO CAD drafting and rendering systems between the client’s
design team and our engineering department.
